Who else would have a better pool of super qualified buyers who are prepared to make strong offers and have been coached through the process so that a transaction can go more smoothly? Most importantly, and what few sellers understand, is that a seller is responsible and liable for everything a seller’s agent or seller’s subagent says to a buyer. Thus, if a buyer agent sells your home you cannot be held ?????? responsible for any misinformation that may be represented to the buyer.
